A Week With Marilyn - A Time Spent with Timeless Beauty
This is a british movie based on a portion of life of the great beauty of all timeMarilyn Monroe it depicts the making of the 1957 film The Prince and the Showgirl, which starred Marilyn Monroe (Williams) and Laurence Olivier (Branagh). The film focuses on the week in which Monroe spent time being escorted around Britain by Clark (Redmayne), after her husband, Arthur Miller (Scott), left the country. This movie shows a little personality of Marilyn how she was personally and even after being loved by all, how lonely she was.
Michelle Williams was perfect and really look like Marilyn and the movie is really well made; though it is a slow but delightful watch if you want to discover a bit of Marilyn Monroe. Williams is nominated in Oscar for Best Actress, and she indeed did the good justice for this role.
