Talvar - Politics Of Crime
Talvar is a crime thriller directed by Meghna Gulzar based on a much talked about murder case of Arushi. The movie unfolds the famous murder story from the beginning depicting crime scene from two version, one from cops and another one by Arushi's parents. It shows how a murder is handled by shoddy primary investigations which leads to cover up by cops in pressure to provide closure to the case which finally sometimes end up in hands of CBI and the more truth comes out the more it becomes complicated to unravel to world.
The movie is being directed superbly by Meghna and she has also done perfect job in putting the flow of the complicated murder mystery. Irrfan Khan stands out with his great performance as CBI officer who is leading the investigation and so does the entire casts with their respective characterisation. Even though the story is well talked and presented in media but while watching Talvar you will be intrigued to the story till the end. This is a great movie making and one must not miss it in theater.
